Modern workplace is a very new definition on the world and most of companies leaders or employees are not clearly know what does this really mean.

Unfortunately, Covid-19 woke up many companies that they absolutely not ready if their employees must work remotely. In many cases the companies did not think that sometime it will happen that nobody can go into the office. The lucky in this situation was that most of these companies woke up and realized that working from home is a possible and efficient solution especially in case of an epidemic situation.

• Secure data store solution: Microsoft OneDrive for Business
• Communication solution: Microsoft Teams
• Enterprise mobility solution

In the Microsoft world, a company can buy these service under licensing Microsoft 365.

Microsoft 365 contains all required licensing modules for employees in order to MWP solution could be implemented. Generally, all MWP solution contains more-or-less the same systems. Of course, customization are always added (custom policies, special configuration etc.).

1. All user accounts having MWP features are synchronized from on-premise Active Directory (if exists)
2. All MWP users have the proper license for using the tools
3. All MWP users have at least one mobile device (notebook, mobile, tablet etc.) can be used for MWP purpose.
4. All devices are fulfilling the security requirements defined by company. The non-compliant devices cannot have access to company resources and collaboration tools.
